AE Industrial Partners-backed CASE, a provider of mission-critical software services and IT support, completed the merger with CyberKinetics, a provider of innovative and secure IT solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “CyberKinetics’ team of highly skilled app developers, data scientists and engineers understand the unique challenges that come with migrating to and designing for the secure cloud in the national security sector.
