TPG Telecom, an integrated telecom services provider, completed the acquisition of Multi-Operator Core Network business of Optus, an Australian telecommunication services firm, for $1.17bn. “For over 30 years Optus has brought choice and competition to Australia through investment in network services and infrastructure.
