Rexel to acquire Itesa.

Rexel, a French company specializing in the distribution of electrical, heating, lighting and plumbing equipment, agreed to acquire Itesa, an independent French distributor in the marketing of electronic security equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is projected to be accretive to Rexel’s earnings per share in year 1 and value-creating in year 2, fully in line with the Group’s commitment.
