Kanalservice Group, a provider of solutions in the field of underground infrastructure and road maintenance, completed the acquisition of Roberit Group, a provider of equipment in the fields of road markings, signalization and traffic engineering. Financial terms were not disclosed. This strategic decision secures the succession of the Roberit Group and strengthens its position in the Swiss road marking industry.
