Adelis Equity Partners-backed Circura completed the acquisition of Sjövalla.

Adelis Equity Partners-backed Circura, an operator of a group of specialized, service-focused contractor companies intended for local markets, completed the acquisition of Sjövalla, a provider of construction and damage repair services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The fact that Sjövalla becomes part of Circura feels like a natural next step in Sjövalla's development, it will be a merger that both companies will be able to benefit greatly from. It will be fun to be part of something bigger and I think it will be a very rewarding collaboration," Robert Malmros, Sjövalla founder.
