BNP Paribas Développement, Bpifrance and AfricInvest to acquire a minority stake in Technamm.

BNP Paribas Développement, an investment company, Bpifrance, human resources consulting services provider, and AfricInvest, an investment and financial services company, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Technamm, a developer of lightweight all-terrain vehicles. Financial terms were not disclosed. The arrival of BNP Paribas Développement, Bpifrance, and AfricInvest in the shareholding structure, together with three key managers, will enable the company to accelerate its industrial development, reinforce its export strategy mainly in Africa and Eastern Europe, and consider external growth opportunities to integrate complementary activities, increase its know-how, or internalise value-added activities.
