Park Place Technologies completed the acquisition of TPM business from Unitech.

Park Place Technologies, a provider of data center and networking optimization solutions, completed the acquisition of third-party maintenance business from Unitech, an IT company that provides solutions in servers, storage & backup, consulting and IT infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Unitech and Park Place serve clients with the same core values. We both operate with a responsive, client-first approach, and communicate with clarity and transparency. We share customer service strategies, and have a native understanding of the Brazil TPM market,” Ramon Hasky, Unitech Owner.
