Host Hotels and Resorts, a lodging real estate investment trust, completed the acquisition of 1 Hotel and Embassy Suites Nashville, a dual-branded luxury and upper-upscale hotel property in downtown Nashville, from Starwood Capital Group, a private equity firm, Crescent Real Estate, and High Street Real Estate Partners, a real estate investment trust. Financial terms were not disclosed.
