Tech Soft 3D, an engineering software development company, completed the acquisition of the SpinFire business of Actify, an advanced CAD viewing and collaboration technology firm. “Actify has been a long-term user of our HOOPS technology, and we share the common objective of unlocking the true value of 3D CAD files for manufacturing enterprises and their supply chains.
