Thales to acquire Digital Receiver Technology from Boeing.

Thales, a French multinational company that designs, develops and manufactures electrical systems as well as devices and equipment for the aerospace, defence, transportation and security sectors, agreed to acquire Digital Receiver Technology, a provider of Compact PCI and Open VPX software defined radio, from Boeing, an American multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and sells airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, satellites, and missiles worldwide. Financial terms were not disclosed.
