TricorBraun, a designer and distributor of rigid packaging, completed the acquisition of UniquePak, a supplier of high quality manufactured glass bottles and jars. Financial terms were not disclosed. “These acquisitions broaden our capabilities for spirits and industrial packaging across Australia and New Zealand.
