Mars completed the acquisition of Cerba Vet and ANTAGENE from Cerba HealthCare.

Mars, a multinational manufacturer of confectionery, food products and animal care services provider, completed the acquisition of Cerba Vet, a veterinary diagnostics laboratories network, and ANTAGENE, a veterinary DNA testing and genetic analysis services provider, from Cerba HealthCare, a medical biology laboratories network.
