MBK and UCK Partners-backed Osstem Implant, a dental equipment and supplies manufacturing company, agreed to acquire Implacil De Bortoli, a Brazilian dental implant manufacturer, for $89.8m. "Osstem Implant sees the Brazilian market as a priority area for the success of its business in the world and Implacil De Bortoli was chosen to be the best partner to conquer the leadership of the Brazilian and Latin American market," Aluizio Canto, Implacil De Bortoli CEO.
