B & Capital-backed Galaed, a company specialising in the LED lighting industry in Europe, completed the acquisition of PROLED Group, a player in the LED lighting industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition marks a significant step in our development strategy in the European LED lighting markets.
