CD&R and The Sterling Group-backed White Cap Supply, a distributor of specialty construction supplies and safety products for professional contractors, completed the acquisition of Gore Range Steel, a supplier of fabrication steel products for the construction and industrial sectors, from Argonaut Private Equity, a diversified private equity fund. Financial terms were not disclosed.
