Talan and Miramar are bidding to acquire Micropole in a €90.7m deal.

Tala, an international consulting group in innovation and transformation through technology, and Miramar, a private equity firm, offered to acquire Micropole, a consulting group specialized in corporate transformation through data. Talan bids €90.7m.
