Aluflexpack, a package manufacturing company, completed the acquisition of the remaining 20% stake in Teko Aluminyum Sanayi, a flexible packaging specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Together with the existing management, we want to continue the successful path of the company’s growth in the coming years,” Johannes Steurer, Aluflexpack Group CEO.
