Fondation Santé Service, a healthcare services provider, to acquire the Hospitalisation à Domicile and Services de Soins Infirmiers à Domicile activities in France from Clariane, a company that provides nursing homes, post-acute, rehabilitation care clinics. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to finalisation of the legal documentation and the transfer of administrative authorisations by the relevant health authorities.The process of informing and consulting the employee representative bodies concerned has been initiated.
