Vessco Holdings completed the acquisition of G. A. Fleet Associates.

Vessco Holdings, a distributor of wastewater technology products intended to serve municipal, industrial water and wastewater treatment projects, completed the acquisition of G. A. Fleet Associates, a provider of pump and process treatment equipment for the municipal water and wastewater. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Fleet is a respected force in supplying pump and process solutions and service to the municipal water industry, and commercial/institutional markets.
