Groupe Antilles-Glaces completed the acquisition of Groupe Saint Aubin from CAPZA.

Groupe Antilles-Glaces, an agri-food company, completed the acquisition of Groupe Saint Aubin, a French manufacturer of fine desserts, savory snacks and fresh salads, from CAPZA, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction concludes 4 years of in-depth work where team spirit and the search for excellence played a decisive role.
