Seløy Sjøfarm, a fish industry company, and Kobbvåglaks, a seafood farm, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in smolt division of Kvarøy Fiskeoppdrett, a family-owned fish farm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to bring Kobbvåglaks and Seløy into the ownership of Kvarøy Smolt.
