Amylu Foods completed the acquisition of Klement's Sausage Company from Altamont Capital Partners-backed Tall Tree Foods.

Amylu Foods, a provider of natural, better-for-you, fully-cooked chicken space, completed the acquisition of Klement's Sausage Company, a maker of small batch, handcrafted sausages, from Altamont Capital Partners-backed Tall Tree Foods, a food holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The addition of Klement's Sausage Company to the Amylu Foods family marks a significant step in our growth strategy.
