Eika Gruppen, a financial company that deals with banking, insurance, finance, payment services and lease solutions, completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in UniMicro, a supplier of a wide range of cloud-based software for finance and administration for small and medium-sized businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed.
