Naxicap Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in ITAL Express from CAPZA.

Naxicap Partners, a private equity company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in ITAL Express, an auto parts distributor, from CAPZA, a private investment platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The arrival of Naxicap Partners in the capital of ITAL Express is an opportunity for the Group, allowing it to continue its efforts to diversify its offering while carrying out targeted acquisitions in its core businesses,” Patrice Claverie, ITAL Express CEO.
