Reed Exhibitions (RX), a trade and consumer events and exhibitions organiser, completed the acquisition of Sustainable Energy Council (SEC), an advisory, events and training producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is part of our strategy to expand in the growing low carbon sector.
