MPE Partners-backed Appearance Technology Group completed the acquisition of BAF Industries.

MPE Partners-backed Appearance Technology Group, a provider of innovative car care products and accessories, completed the acquisition of BAF Industries, a manufacturer of branded, consumable car care liquid chemicals and specialty aerosols. Financial terms were not disclosed. MPE and Appearance Technology partnered with BAF owners John and Michael Bell and its management team for the transaction.
