Lloyds Development Capital, a mid-market private equity house, completed the acquisition of Integrated Doorset Solutions, a single source supplier of performance doorsets and architectural ironmongery solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We were looking for a partner to help us continue on our current growth trajectory, as well as to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
