Aliter Capital-backed ITM Communications completed the acquisition of Bates IT.

Aliter Capital-backed ITM Communications, a provider of structured cabling & wireless, data centre infrastructure, converged solutions, offsite build & site services, completed the acquisition of Bates IT, a provider of IT Services, IT Support and software development for all size businesses.
