Ardian and Bpifrance completed the acquisition of a 10.15% stake in GreenYellow from Casino Group for €46m.

Ardian, a private equity firm, and Bpifrance, a French public sector investment bank, completed the acquisition of a 10.15% stake in GreenYellow, a provider of sustainable energy solutions for businesses and communities, from Casino Group, a French mass-market retail group, for €46m. Following this transaction, Casino Group no longer holds any stake in GreenYellow share capital.
