Inflexion-backed YER, an international secondment and recruitment agency, agreed to acquire EMH Partners-backed AVANTGARDE Experts, a recruitment agency specialising in the tech and mobility sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With its extensive expertise, its ambitions and its sustainable market position, AVANTGARDE Experts opens up a broad market entry for us in Germany. Acquiring AVANTGARDE Experts constitutes another important step in our international growth strategy.
