PHM Group to acquire the real estate management arm of Montagu-backed DEAS.

PHM Group, a property services group, agreed to acquire the real estate management arm of Montagu-backed DEAS, a property service and consultancy business. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition, PHM will have the most comprehensive range of services and expertise in property maintenance and management in Denmark. Together, PHM and DEAS A/S offer sustainable and digitalised service solutions to ensure an even better service quality and customer experience.
