Polygon Group, a provider of building maintenance services and property damage control, completed the acquisition of Sodepol Group, a provider of property damage restoration services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sodepol Group’s robust operational capabilities and strong local relationships provide an excellent addition to Polygon France.
