Youlife International, a blue-collar lifetime service platform in China, agreed to go public via a SPAC merger with Distoken Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to have reached a definitive agreement for a Business Combination with Distoken.
