Raise Investissement completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Alpha Group from IXO Private Equity.

Raise Investissement, a private eqity firm specializes in equity capital, recapitalization, industry consolidation, and other corporate situations, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Alpha Group, a provider of waterproofing services intended to serve commercial and residential customers, from IXO Private Equity, a private equity firm investing in the consumer goods, information technology, biotechnology, healthcare, transportation, chemicals, and healthcare sectors.
