Marlin Equity Partners completed the investment in Baxter Planning from Polaris Partners.

Marlin Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the investment in Baxter Planning, a provider of predictive service supply chain solutions, from Polaris Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Baxter is well-regarded in the market for its many years of demonstrated planning expertise.
