Bekaert, a manufacturers and exporter of fabrics, completed the acquisition of BEXCO, a manufacturer of precision-engineered synthetic mooring, towing and lifting ropes, for €40m ($43m). “We are delighted to welcome the BEXCO team into the Bekaert family.
