Otium Capital-backed Alfeor Group, a French industrial group, completed the acquisition of Les Ateliers De La Meuse, a Belgian company specializing in the manufacture of industrial machinery, and Traitements De Surface Et Mécanique, a private French company specializing in surface treatments and mechanics. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With these first two acquisitions, Alfeor is taking an important first step in its mission to become a key player in the revival of the French nuclear sector.
