Doctolib, a healthtech company, completed the acquisition of Aaron.ai, an AI-based telephone assistant. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Doctolib is continuously working on product innovations to provide doctors, practice teams and patients with the best technology-based solutions. That is why we are currently investing in expanding our AI technology expertise and will launch our own AI-based solutions later this year. The acquisition of Aaron.ai is part of this strategy and is in line with our commitment to further expand our offering in Germany in line with the needs of doctors and patients," Nikolay Kolev, Doctolib Managing Director Germany.
