Levine Leichtman Capital Partners and ICG completed the investment in Law Business Research.

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, and Intermediate Capital Group, the global asset manager, completed the investment in Law Business Research, a technology-driven information services business. Financial terms were not disclosed.
