Synsus Private Label completed the acquisition of AmegA Sciences and React Industries.

Synsus Private Label, a chemical manufacturer, completed the acquisition of AmegA Sciences and React Industries, two private label manufacturers which serve the agricultural, horticultural, turf and ornamental industries as well as the wider plant health sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "From our first discussions, it was clear that our business models and customer focused value propositions to not compete with our customers are in perfect alignment.
