Tinicum completed the acquisition of KGM from Compass Group Equity Partners.

Tinicum, a private investment partnership, completed the acquisition of KGM, a distributor of natural gas products to utilities and commercial and industrial customers, from Compass Group Equity Partners, a private equity firm.
