Innoven Capital completed the acquisition of a stake in Metafin Cleantech Finance.

Innoven Capital, a venture debt and lending platform, completed the acquisition of a stake in Metafin Cleantech Finance, an operator of a non banking financial company intended to offer cleantech focused lending services for retail customers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
