Maticmind, an Italian ICT system integrator, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in ENG, an Italian software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of a majority stake in ENG allows us to explore new markets, offering solutions developed in-house. Artificial intelligence opens up infinite scenarios, it is one of the main drivers for digitization and we want to play a primary role in this sector, hence the desire to close this operation," Carmine Saladino, Maticmind President.
