Compass Group-backed KGM Technologies completed the acquisition of Nelson Technologies.

Compass Group-backed KGM Technologies, a distributor of natural gas products, completed the acquisition of Nelson Technologies, a manufacturer of control valves, odorization, filtration, safety relief valves, heaters, and many other products required in industrial and energy related industries. Financial terms were not disclosed.
