Newlat completed the acquisition of Princes from Mitsubishi for £700m.

Newlat, a food manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Princes, food and drink groups company, from Mitsubishi, a global integrated business enterprise, for £700m. “This is an exciting prospect for Princes, and we are delighted that Newlat share our confidence in the group’s strategic growth plans, brand strategy, operational excellence and people culture," Simon Harrison, Princes Chief Executive Officer.
