IK Partners, a mid-market private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in BIOBank, a manufacturer and distributor of bone allografts for orthopaedic, spine, dental and cranio-maxillofacial surgery, from Verto Growth, a growth equity investor, and Capital Croissance, an investor.
