Bregal-backed Netrics Group completed the acquisition of GARAIO.

Bregal-backed Netrics Group, a cloud and ICT service provider with headquarters in Biel, completed the acquisition of GARAIO, a provider of consulting services and digitalization solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, Netrics Group is further expanding its leading position as a provider of managed cloud and digital workplace solutions as well as consulting services.
