Dominus Capital completed the investment in Safe Haven Defense.

Dominus Capital, a middle market private equity firm focused on investing in family and founder-owned companies in the business services and light manufacturing sectors, completed the investment in Safe Haven Defense, a premier provider of security window film solutions across diverse end-markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
