Sparc Group completed the acquisition of Toriro Power Solutions.

Sparc Group, a Swedish installation services group operating within the Electricity, HVAC & Plumbing, Safety, Power & Infra and Projecting segments, completed the acquisition of Toriro Power Solutions, an installation services intended to serve the wind power, energy storage, switchgear, forestry and manufacturing industries company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are growing geographically and are making our northernmost acquisition to date. A clear platform acquisition that contributes to sustainable energy transition, societal benefit and ensures the need for development in critical infrastructure," Erik Björklund, Sparc Group CEO.
