Isatis Capital-backed MPH Energie completed the acquisition of Fluides Petrole Services.

Isatis Capital-backed MPH Energie, an energy measurement and distribution services provider, completed the acquisition of Fluides Petrole Services, an engineering consultant company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "FPS brings to the MPH group unique engineering know-how in gas treatment in both mobility and industry. Agile and innovative, FPS has been able to build a product catalog that will strengthen the MPH group's offering. We are convinced of the strong synergies that the dynamic FPS teams will be able to build within the new entity thus formed," Brice Lionnet, Isatis Capital President.
